By downloading, installing, or using the Next IT Doctor mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Next IT Doctor ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Eligibility

To use Next IT Doctor, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

3. Account Registration and Security

4. Earning System and Payments

Task Completion

Earnings are based on successful completion of tasks within the App. Tasks must be completed according to the specified requirements to qualify for payment.

Payment Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: $10 USD equivalent
• Payments are processed within 24-48 hours of withdrawal request
• We reserve the right to verify task completion before processing payments
• Fraudulent activities will result in account suspension and forfeiture of earnings

Earning Limitations

Daily and monthly earning limits may apply. We reserve the right to modify earning rates and task availability at any time.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or other artificial means to complete tasks
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent earning limits
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit the earning system
• Providing false or misleading information
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfering with the App's operation or other users' experience
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights

The Next IT Doctor App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

Earning Disclaimer

While we strive to provide earning opportunities, we do not guarantee any specific income levels. Earnings depend on task availability, completion rates, and other factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

9. Account Suspension and Termination

Suspension

We may suspend your account if we suspect violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity. During suspension, you will not be able to complete tasks or withdraw earnings.

Termination

We may terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the App will be immediately revoked
• Pending earnings may be forfeited if termination is due to violations
• You must cease all use of the App

User-Initiated Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Updates and Modifications

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Updates may include new features, bug fixes, or security improvements. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

We will notify users of significant changes to these Terms through the App or via email.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
